Adults Only Zone: Relaxed Session

Explore our Adults Only Zone in a calmer, more supportive and inclusive environment.

This bookable relaxed session is open to everyone aged 18+ who need a quieter environment away from the crowds to enjoy our dedicated adult space, and will be particularly appealing to those who are susceptible to sensory overload.

During this hour slot there will be reduced background noise and no music. Visitors are welcome to move, express themselves, and engage with the space in the way that suits them best. We kindly ask that all visitors during the Relaxed Session are respectful and give space to others.

Most Adults Only Zone activities will be open so you can meet scientists, make origami, craft textile fridge magnets or try out wearable tech that tracks your walking speed.

The Adults Only Zone has a bar selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as food, with benches to sit and relax.

This is a ticketed event, advance booking will open shortly.

This is a ticketed event suitable for adults only. This zone is for people 18+ only, people younger than 18+ will not be allowed entry into the building.

The Adults Only Zone has step-free access and accessible toilets.
