Join us at the Climate Friendly Pop Up Kitchen to explore how our food choices can support both our health and the planet.
Enjoy free samples of tasty, low-impact vegan bakes, foraged jams and home grown pickles, and take home recipe cards for a range of delicious meals created by professional caterers.
Developed by Imperial College London’s Grantham Institute with their student challenge team, this project brings together experts in nutrition, agriculture and alternative proteins from across Imperial. Designed with real budgets, cultural food traditions and varied dietary needs in mind, the Climate Friendly Pop Up Kitchen aims to inspire accessible plant based cooking and spark meaningful conversations about how each of us can make tasty, climate-conscious choices.
