Can orange juice really ward off the common cold? How does aging affect our immune system? Is our mental health truly linked to inflammation?

We are often bombarded by bold claims and quick fixes to “supercharge” our immunity, so how can we learn what will really help?

Join world leading immunologist Professor Daniel Davis as he unpacks the science behind these claims, including sharing the latest findings from his lab at Imperial College London. Author of several books, including Immune Health: A Myth-busting Guide and The Beautiful Cure: The New Science of Immune Health, Davis will leave you with a better understanding of your own immunity.
