Enjoy a different pace at the Festival as you hop on to the Zen Bus for playful, immersive zen experiences designed to bring joy, calm and connection.
Running throughout the weekend, the iconic yellow Zen Bus offers a rolling programme of calming, immersive sessions you can drop into throughout the day. Explore emotional resetting skills, mindfulness practices or guided breathwork experiences designed to release tension and restore energy. Take time for deep rest in an immersive sound healing session or reconnect through a gratitude meditation focused on what matters most.
Along the way, researchers from Imperial College London’s Self-Care Research Unit will be joining conversations about loneliness and self-care. Experiences will be memorable, meaningful, and human.
The Zen Project is a social enterprise with vast experience creating immersive wellness experiences at events across the UK. They believe wellbeing doesn’t have to be serious to be effective.
