Event location details
Royal Geographical Society
Join us for an adults-only after-hours celebration at the Festival’s first ever late opening.
Explore the blurred lines of art and science by getting creative with workshops, being immersed in sonic installations, and enjoying live music. Assemble a team and put your knowledge to the test with the Science Museum Lates Pub Quiz or get creative with AZEEMA Mag’s hands-on workshop. Come face-to-face with live mosquitos before you dive into a sonification art piece exploring malaria elimination. Grab a drink from the bar and enjoy the live DJ’s selected by AZEEMA or head out to the terrace for a non-alcoholic drink and relax.
Register for this Creative Science Lates to receive a preview of the programme of installations, workshops and talks. Most activities are drop-in throughout the night, the pub quiz will be first come first served. All of the spaces are wheelchair accessible, as are the entrance and toilets. There is a lift to any activities on other levels. If you have any specific needs, please don't hesitate to get in touch: [email protected].
Drop in any time between 18.00-20.00.
