The future of food is considered right now to be a difficult subject, but there are glimmers of hope. Lisa Markwell, food editor of the Sunday Times and trained chef, will consider how everything from sweeping changes to the world's farming practices to small changes in each of our own diets can make a big difference. Less waste equals more space; and more diversity equals more deliciousness.
