Families who need a quieter, calmer environment can book to explore the Family Fun zone with fewer crowds. Try some experiments, play, make, meet scientists and enjoy a story.
This bookable relaxed session is for families with members who are neurodiverse (for example, people with autism spectrum conditions or sensory processing difficulties) who need a quieter, less busy environment with fewer crowds to explore the Family Fun zone.
Most Family zone activities will be open. You can meet scientists, do experiments, play games and make crafts.
The Family zone has trees for shade and grass to play on or take a moment to sit and relax.
