In a world where representation has never been more important, the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) world needs to reflect the diversity of society in order to attract the next generation of scientists.

Our panellists will discuss their own experiences of studying and working in STEM, why diversity matters, and what organisations need to do to attract talent from all walks of life.
