From tarot cards to medical imaging: what methods help us face the unknown? Join a game of artist-made tarot cards and embark on a suprising journey through human fertility.

How much do you know about fertility health? Do you know as much about achieving pregnancy as avoiding it? Why is delay, uncertainty, or loss so unexpected yet so common? If pregnancy turns out to be harder to achieve or sustain than we imagined, where do we look for answers? From tarot cards to medical imaging: what methods do we turn to when facing the unknown?

Join us in a game of artist-made fertility tarot cards and embark on a suprising journey through human fertility. Get curious, start exploring, tell stories and make your own cards to complete the deck.

Project (Mis)Conceptions is based at the Natural History Museum. Its research focuses on lived experiences of pregnancy ambiguity, past and present.

Content warning: This event will cover issues around fertility and infertility.
