Title of work - "Penny for Them"Artist - Norma D HunterInspired by the 2023 Kensington & Chelsea Art Week Art Trail theme 'The Art of Change', socially engaged artist Norma D Hunter challenges the status quo for women's basic rights. The act of breastfeeding in public has almost become a criminal act.
