The Royal Society of Sculptors
As part of the Great Exhibition Road Festival, the Royal Society of Sculptors has collaborated with Queen's Gate School in an event which will see Queen’s Gate YR 10 GCSE Art students work to create sculptural heads.
You can watch the students at work in Queen’s Gate gardens on Saturday morning.
The project started in the classroom as students began to think about portraiture and the human form influenced by artist Jessica Miller.
The workshop is being supervised by Sasha Otto Mataya, Head of Art and Design and Maria Lourdes Vazquez, Art teacher.
