V&A Residencies Open Studios

Meet our current artist and designer in residence in their studios on site at South Kensington and learn about how their research in the V&A’s collection is inspiring their practice.

Our Digital Wonderlands Resident, Sian Fan, is an interdisciplinary artist who combines movement, the body and technology to explore embodiment, spirituality and human experience in the digital age. For our first Young V&A Design Residency, artist and designer Maraid Mcewan’s socially engaged practice is exploring what it means to be creatively immersed and how we can generate immersive creative experiences which incorporate mindfulness.
