German Taster Session

Join a free taster German language lesson at the Goethe-Institut. The session will give you the opportunity to learn your first German words and phrases, and to see what makes learning German at the Goethe-Institut different from other language schools.

Our taster lessons let you experience an onsite German lesson at the Goethe-Institut. You'll get information on our broad portfolio of language courses: Whether you are looking for a course of independent study, prefer learning in a group, either virtually or onsite, or wish to have a hybrid option. The Goethe-Institut London is Germany's cultural institute operating worldwide. We have been present in London and the UK since 1962, teaching German, and supporting and collaborating with cultural institutions, artist, schools, universities, local authorities, businesses and more. Visitor information

This is a drop-in event that is best suited for ages 12+. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 

The event is in a Goethe-Institut classroom, which has a ramp for wheelchair users and accessible toilets that can be reached by a lift.
