Paint Lab

Creativity and science collide as one of London most famous roads is turned into a giant canvas.

Returning to the Great Exhibition Road Festival ‘Paint Lab’ will see Exhibition Road become a colour-filled art gallery for the weekend, as ten London artists create large-scale murals in real time showcasing their creative perspectives on different areas of science!

The artworks will be inspired by conversations with Imperial College London scientists working on range of projects helping people, and the world, to flourish. From research into sustainable and degradable plastics to the possibility of building prosthetics with a sense of touch, and designing homes and schools to help us stay healthy throughout life.
