Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for the 2026 Great Exhibition Road Festival prize draw: 

How to enter

  1. Registering for the Great Exhibition Road Festival by 11:59pm on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 automatically enters you into the prize draw. 
  2. If you registered prior to the prize draw announcement, you will still be entered into the prize draw.
  3. Registration received after the stated closing date will not be included.
  4. Registration is free via Eventbrite.
  5. By registering you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
  6. The Great Exhibition Road Festival reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  1. You must be over 18 to be eligible for the prize draw, however you can gift one or both of your tickets to someone under 18 (please note Visions of Nature is best suited for visitors aged 10 or older, and children must be accompanied by an adult in both experiences).
  2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  3. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Great Exhibition Road Festival may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

The draw

  1. The winner will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process and notified by email on Thursday 4th June.
  2. The chosen winner has 72 hours to respond to the email, or the prize will be re-awarded. 
  3. The winner will be gifted 2 tickets to Power Up at the Science Museum and 2 tickets to Visions of Nature at the Natural History Museum.
  4. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  5. The winner can select which available date they would like to attend the experiences; however, the Science Museum and Natural History Museum cannot guarantee the first choice of date if tickets have already sold out. 

Data protection

  1. The Great Exhibition Road Festival is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the below Privacy Notice.
  2. By registering for the Great Exhibition Road Festival, you agree to the processing of your information to manage the event. For more information about how Imperial College London processes your data when you register for the Great Exhibition Road Festival and other events led by Imperial, please read the Privacy Notice for Imperial College London Events. 
  3. By registering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your registration may be held and used by the Great Exhibition Road Festival or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw.
  4. The name and email address of the winner only will be shared with the Science Museum and Natural History Museum. This personal data will be used by those organisations for no reason other than to book the free tickets on their behalf and not retained for future marketing purposes.
