12.00-12.45 Grantham's Climate-Friendly Food Demo - In this lively session, learn how to make meals for a healthy body and planet while exploring new flavours and ingredients.
13.15-14.00 Beetle Bites and Culinary Crickets - Try some new flavours and intriguing insect ingredients and find out how these can be a healthy and green source of nutrition and protein tucked-into the tastiest meals.
14.30-15.15 pH Matters! - Join us to explore why pH is so important in our cooking and our bodies, and meet the flies that are teaching scientists about how we change as we age.
15.45-16.30 Cooking for a Healthy Gut - Find out what the science says about a healthy gut and explore ways to boost your gut health through what you eat.
17.00-18.00 Kefir Culture Fest - Explore the world of fermented foods! Discover the secrets of kefir, from health benefits to taste, and try it for yourself. Take part in an interactive game and find out how to squeeze fermented foods into your daily meals.
