Explore new flavours and ingredients and learn how to make meals for not only a healthy body and wallet, but also for a healthy planet.

14.30-15.15 Crunchy Crickets - Explore new flavours and ingredients and find out how insects can be a secret source of protein, hidden away in the tastiest meals.

15.45-16.30 Chemical Kitchen: What scientists and doctors can learn from chefs - Join this demonstration of the parallels between gastronomy and science and medicine.

17.00-17.45 Bite-size Soft Matter Science - Explore the science behind some of your favourite condiments in this deep dive into emulsions.
